$65 for the first document plus a $25 travel fee — $90 total for a standard visit. Urgent same-day visits are $85 plus $25 travel. Extra documents are $10 each. What do I need to have ready?
A valid photo ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport) and your unsigned document. Don't sign anything before we arrive — we have to witness your signature.
Where will you meet me?
Wherever you are: your home, office, a hospital room, an assisted living facility, a coffee shop — anywhere in Hillsborough County. If a family member can't travel, we come to their bedside.
Do you work evenings or weekends?
Yes — appointments are available outside business hours, because urgent documents don't wait for Monday. Evening and weekend slots go fast, so call early in the day.
